The seasonal isle of a grocery store is quite telling when it comes to holiday needs. This time of the year this isle really challenges me when the selection is a three-parter; Halloween candy, Thanksgiving decorations and Christmas goodies. Fully decorated Christmas trees have already been "tweeted" and "Instagram-ed", fall recipes are being selected for a Thanksgiving feasts, and it looks like numerous Duck Dynasty themed costumes will be ringing your door bell. This particular grocery isle is much more versatile in the summer months with grills, outdoor lanterns, and pool toys filling the shelves. If you look on the bottom shelf, the go-to area for low prices can be found easily if you reach behind the reindeers and snickers. Here you might get a great deal on something like a brand new hibachi grill regularly priced at $63 for $3 because the packaging looks torn and it kept getting shoved behind all the newer seasonal options and the priced continued to get reduced. Technically, this super bargain adds back to this shelf a fourth later of options; Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and summer clearance.......it's what's for dinner.

To flu shot or not to? She may be making an appointment at her Peditrician's for her kids to get a flu shot. The single best way to protect against the flu is to get vaccinated each year in the fall. Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Wash your hands often. Stay home if you get sick.• Get more She Prep at www.ShePrep.com
