Many Saturday morning gym classes are filled with mom's happy to get up early for a chance to work out. School schedules pack a mom's morning with a very busy routine of needs ("'Mom I need my permission slip signed!") Ask a mom what she'd like to have more of and chances are she'd say time to nap and work out.
I was observing the ladies leaving my 8 a.m. Saturday CrossFit class: Britney was off to her kids soccer game, Jami brought her new little baby who slept through most of the session, but was definitely ready for breakfast by the end. Cecilia was going zip-lining to celebrate her daughter's 13th birthday, and Kim had two kids at home sick, and she was running to switch places with her husband who needed to get to work. I'm just tired after writing all of that!
