Triple A WRNR/Annapolis VP/GM Michael Hughes is an avid supporter of the Special Olympics of Maryland. This year several thousand sponsored participants were on hand for the annual Polar Bear dip, including Hughes. He has raised over $2,200 so far. Hughes said, "While certainly a nice day relative to Januarys past, the water temp was 38 degrees and 14,000 fellow plungers all still qualified as Polar Bears for the day!" He's the crazy person without his hands up!
