The Circle Of Life: Artists, Labels, Radio

Until I moved to Nashville (the 615 area code) I had no idea how important the circle of life was between artists, labels and radio.

Maybe it’s just me that sometimes feels like we’re in three separate silos, and even at odds with each other. I realize that we have competing goals and priorities, but I thought we’re all in this for The Great Commission. We should want success for one another, right?

Only One Format In All Of Radio Doesn’t Do This

When I was hired at AllAccess.com I was told that every format except one (label and radio people alike) considered it THE website for new music and everything artists and radio. That format is Contemporary Christian. So, there’s a good chance you simply don’t know that no other industry website has artists in alphabetical order to either stream, download or watch the video to their latest release…without buffering or pushing play 10x and hoping that the song eventually starts.

Please Do This One Thing

With you in mind I’ve spent the last month populating allaccess.com with content, music, and insights. The updates are more than just the Contemporary Christian “home page.” The subpages are loaded with goodness if you just take the time to look around. If you’re PD or MD, the Mediabase, CCM Radio Perspectives, and the Cool New Music pages will be most helpful. I would graciously ask you to do one thing: Check out allaccess.com/christian at least once a week.
