BRIEF CAREER SYNOPSIS:
I started at Curb about four years ago as an intern. I was lucky enough to get hired on full time as the East Coast regional and CHR rep.
1) What led you to get involved in the music business?
It's the family business. My dad is still in it and my mom did promotion for Polygram.
2) Brag on the artists that you work with: what big things are happening in their worlds right now?
Mikeschair is about to have its second CHR Top 10 in a row. I couldn't be more proud of them. They have worked very hard for that. Plumb and Natalie Grant are two of the greatest female vocalist I have ever heard. Just Jinjer are great humanitarians and song writers and I can't wait to see what 2010 looks like for them.
3) What do you like the most about your job?
Talking music and traveling
4) And the least?
People not calling me back. Makes my job harder then it all ready is.
5) What does Christian radio need to do to break through to a mass audience on a more consistent basis?
Be innovative and creative. If you have a competing station in your market, don't do what they're doing, even if they're the top station. Stand to do something different.
6) Who has had the biggest impact in your life: professionally, personally and/or spiritually?
My grandmother. She was in her 20s in Birmingham, England during World War 2.
7) If you could have any job outside the music business, what would it be?
Chef: My older brother and roommate are both chefs and I love to cook the things they do.
8) What's your favorite quote?
"Never tell me the odds." (Han Solo)
9) Did you make any resolutions for the New Year?
No, not really I never really keep them.
10) Whose your pick in the NHL this season?
If you mean who will win the Stanley Cup, I would say the Chicago Black Hawks.

DOGS!
4) If you were stranded on a desert island, what three things would you want with you and why?
My Xbox 360, a TV to play it on and the "Star Wars" books I've been reading. I'm that big of a nerd.
