The Return From Iraq

• It's been fun to see our bit from 97 Rock in 2004 when we surprised a woman with a boyfriend who'd been snuck back from Afghanistan for Valentines, become a ridiculously popular TV show. The troops are coming back. Most the work is done with this bit. Now you just need to coordinate with one of them to keep it on the down-low so you can create some premise to surprise their family at school or a restaurant or church.
• For the 1000th time, the bit where listeners use hand prints to create a billboard is huge.
• Be the driving force to put together a local parade. Because that's what they ALWAYS do when the troops come home.
• I see troops coming home at airports ALL the time. Big homecoming at baggage claim and then they stroll out holding hands with that goofy prom night "I'm going to get some" smile on their face. You should get an RV and take one couple home from the airport in it. They can tear one off on the way home and will arrive ready to focus on family, friends and neighbors. It's not "dirty". It's simply facilitating something that is GOING to happen.
