Hang around the front desk for 10 minutes and listen to how your receptionist is answering the phone. Remember, they are the director of first impressions, make sure they are delivering great impressions with the advertisers and listeners.

What % of budget are you for November? 85% isn't cutting it anymore......with national at a screeching halt and lots of 4th Qtr cancellations you need to be closer to 90%.

Have your engineer or a PD with great ears listen to the processing of all the stations. Little things make a big difference, make sure your processing is perfect.

The Summer Books start rolling out today. Have your story ready before the competition does. Prep your sales department for a good/bad/same book. It's the last report card you'll receive this year. (Fall is out in 07)
