'New Is Always New,' But Fundamentals Are Always Fundamental As Well!
Drink eight glasses of water a day and bring new winning thoughts to the organization weekly. Interview at least one new potential seller every week in the radio station. Nothing works better in a sales department to keep the system working optimally than to introduce new sellers to the system weekly -- even if they are not hired along with getting out on new business sales calls weekly and listening to the hottest new song being worked by the label that week in the station ... New is new and fundamentals are fundamental.
