Would A 'Beane Ball' Approach To Radio Work?
Like baseball, radio has a series of stats that are valued as an industry. Does longevity in a role in radio equal success or glaring complacency? Does a new candidate who was terminated mean he/she was incompetent or maybe a threat to a weak boss and as such, a fantastic candidate?
"Beane Ball" for radio would call for a clear evaluation of each potential staff member and not by traditional metrics in these untraditional times of audio!
