Invest in a "Radio Success Letter Bible" to be published and sent to every stations sales department -- instead of the money spent on Radio Industry Awards for each other (that are warped anyway to suppress those who want a raise and justify the money invested elsewhere).
Stories of radio working for advertisers -- regardless of what station -- should be published each year in book form instead of all the wasted time on awards inside the industry for each other. There should be a bible of radio success stories published each year that is sent to every radio station and then used on calls. There should be a really cool website that is only dedicated to radio success stories instead of industry awards. Start your own "Radio Success Bible" to be published on Thanksgiving (so you can use on annual pitches). Give thanks to these advertisers who are successful and celebrate their success while demonstrating their success to new categories.
