I know I've got the talent and just because my station switched to country doesn't mean life is over. I feel the desire burning inside of me.

Exercise. And I email people every day and send out airchecks every day.
3) Some people get discouraged or enlightened with the business when they actually step out of it for a while. Tell us your observations from the outside.
It's quite refreshing for a while, until you land a regular job and everybody you work with says you should be in "Hollywood or New York, man."
4) Do you plan on sticking with the music/radio industry?
Yes. If you have a talent, don't waste it. Use it..
5) So far what has been your best resource for finding out about job openings?
Other people in the business that I've met over the years. Don't burn bridges.

I took my headshot and put a white milk mark over my top lip and sent it out with my aircheck with "Got Frazier?" written on it.
7) What is the next job you'd like to obtain?
Afternoons or Morning Co-host.

Are you Frazier?

Creativity is the name of the game, superb imaging and production skills, character voices, and I'm a little weird.

Connecting with the listener.
Bonus Questions
What have you learned about yourself, others, or life in general in your downtime?
That I am a positive individual and that life probably shouldn't be taken so seriously.
Having been through all you have dealt with in this biz, what advice would you give people trying to break in?
Keep trying. Take advice and direction. Internships really work. Show you want to learn and try to stay humble.
Oprah or Dr. Phil?
Let's go with Dr. Phil. This guy is hot right now. Red hot. In fact, a household name. A lot of people hate him, but most people can't get enough. He's just like great radio talk show hosts ... people love brutal honesty!
