Music. I played in several bands around the Atlanta area. Really it was whenI found out I could get into concerts for free if I worked for the station. So, I was in!
3) Was there a defining moment, which made you realize "this is it"?
When I quit the band to start working at WGST.
4) If you were just starting out in radio, knowing now, what you didn't then, would you still do it?
Yes, there is no question
5) What career path would you be following had it not been for this industry?
Amusement Park Management/Promotions or the Gaming industry
6) How do you feel terrestrial radio competes with the satellite radio and Internet these days?
One word that needs to guide terrestrial radio:.LOCAL
7) Where do you see the industry and yourself five years from now?
Starving for content and learning how to make money out of HD Radio.
8) What do you view as the most important issue facing radio today?
The launch of HD Radio and additional channels.
9) Please describe the best or worst promotion you've ever been part of?
We sent the van to a promotion at a school for the deaf. And I am not making that up.
10) What was the most embarrassing thing that ever happened to you at a remote?
I told every body at the bar to go grab a Bud Light over the PA!!...the Miller Lite people that were paying me were not happy.

Tell us what music we would find on your car or home CD player (or turntable) right now and what is it you enjoy about that particular selection?
I bought a Classic County compilation CD from Time Life off of TV. It a good thing I enjoyed it they wont stop sending me more CD's. It like some bizarre cult.
