One in five Americans is not using the Internet nor do they have plans to do so. According to a Pew Research study, there's still part of the U-S population who view the Internet as irrelevant.
The latest Pew Internet and American Life project shows the use of Internet hasn't really changed much over the last few years. About 20-percent of the population is against the whole idea of ever going online.
Here's why:
--About half of those who reject the Internet say they don't see the point.
--10-percent say it's too expensive.
--2-percent aren't physically able to use a computer
--6-percent live in an area where there is no online access
Broken down by demographics, Pew found those most likely to stay offline are without a high school diploma, earn less than $30-thousand-dollars a year, senior citizens and those who don't list English as their first language. (Page)Asleep at the switch:

Designer Update:
MADONNA'S new fragrance for women was released last week. It's called "Truth or Dare." But the Material Girl already has her sights set on making a men's cologne. She told Women's Wear Daily that she "loves the smell of whiskey" and that she wants to make a men's cologne that "smells amazing... a really good old whiskey."
Editor's Note: Or, you can just splash some whiskey on your face and call it Madonna Musk. (Bartha)Gossip Central:
JUSTIN BIEBER is ready to put a smackdown on NIALL HORAN of One Direction. Star magazine reports that Biebs was fuming when Niall flirted with his lady SELENA GOMEZ at the Kids Choice Awards. And he told Selena to stay away from him, which of course ticked her off because she doesn't like being told what to do or who to talk to.
