Look what I found:
DESTINI FREE of Sweeny, Texas, got the shock of her life last week and discovered she was pregnant about an hour before giving birth! The 23-year-old mother of three was suffering from a stomach virus, took a warm bath to relax and felt her water break while drying off. Her husband and three children were fast asleep, so she grabbed her car keys, hightailed it to the closest hospital and welcomed a bouncing baby boy 38-minutes later.
The hard-core mama tells Yahoo.com that she didn't have any fatigue or cravings, thought the extra weight was leftover from her last child and kept her gig unloading several hundred pounds of merchandise every week at the Dollar General. Did we also mention she had her tubes tied after giving birth less than a year ago? The little miracle's name is CHRISTIAN, who joins three siblings --five-year-old ADRIENNE, two-year-old CAMERON and 11-month-old CAYDEN. (Lee)Lawsuit of the day:
A business owner in Japan is suing the head of the Japanese Mafia.
The woman claims she paid KENICHI SHINODA over $100-thousand dollars for protection. Meanwhile, some people are saying the lady should be careful who she sues. Shinoda was recently released from prison after doing time for chopping a guy in half with a sword. (Still)Chic Sh*t:
A new celebrity trend coming out of Hollywood this week is fake star tattoos. People magazine says stars like RACHEL BILSON and SCARLETT JOHANSONN started wearing the star designed temporary tattoos just this week. Rachel's go up the side of her neck. Scarlett's tat is on her shoulder. (Bartha)
Upgrade, dep't:
Hooters is changing their logo.
Before you get too excited, it'll still be the large-eyed owl --just a more slimmed-down version.
The marketing guy for the "breastaurant" chain, DAVE HENNINGER, says "We want to keep the tongue-in-cheek wink going."
Time magazine says the move comes at a time when Hooters is in competition with other, similar chains, like Twin Peaks and the Tilted Kilt, all looking for a piece of the pie with the whole buxom, scantily-clad waitress thing.
Hooters says they'll eventually get around to redesigning the uniform as well... with the new logo on the tank tops. The rest will stay the same.
Grace notes:
Former OASIS and current BEADY EYE frontman LIAM GALLAGHER may be the father of yet another child out of wedlock. The New York Post says former New York Times writer LIZA GHORBANI is suing Liam for $3-million dollars in Manhattan Family Court, claiming her seven-month-old baby is Liam's. Liza met the Manchester rocker in 2010 when she did a piece on him and his lifestyle for the Times. That led to an affair, and, allegedly, a child. Liam has three other children with different women, and has been married to actress NICOLE APPLETON since 2008.
FYI: Last night, NME.com reported that Liam is suing the New York Post over this story. (Marino)
