State of the Union (CNN):
SC GOP Sen. LINDSEY GRAHAM, who's running for president, continued criticizing DONALD TRUMP's comments on illegal immigrants, calling him "a wrecking ball" and adding, "I'm very worried where we're headed as a party. I don't think this is the way to get the Latino vote."
Graham added, "If we don't reject this way of thinking --clearly, without any ambiguity-- we'll have lost our way, (and) we'll have lost the moral authority, in my view, to govern this great nation." (Pacelli)This Week (ABC):
Former Hewlett-Packard CEO CARLY FIORINA, who's running for president, was asked about the controversial message that DONALD TRUMP is delivering on illegal immigration. She said, "People are angry that a commonsense thing like securing the border or ending sanctuary cities is somehow considered extreme... It's not extreme, it's commonsense. We need to secure the border."
Fiorina added, "People are also angry at a professional political class of both parties that talks a good game, gives good speeches, but somehow nothing ever really changes... And people are angry as well at a double standard in the media." (Pacelli)Fast Food:

TAYLOR SWIFT can have anything she wants. So, when she asked the World Cup-winning U.S. women's soccer team to join her on stage Friday night at Met Life Stadium in New Jersey, then that's exactly what happened. Four members of the team are Jersey girls so that was really cool. The were all brought out as Taylor went into her hit "Style" and the players waved two American flags as they sang along. They also brought their trophy which Taylor was honored to hold. The team was in town for a ticker-tape parade down Manhattan's Canyon of Heroes.
Then, on Saturday night, Taylor brought out NICK JONAS to help her sing "Jealous." Pandemonium ensued. (Marino)Stupid people, stupid places:
A disgruntled intern left a nasty note for his bosses --but it backfired.
The intern had been instructed to go out and buy Post-it notes, which he did. But, before handing the unused notes over to managers, he flipped to one of the last pages and wrote: "By the time you read this, I'll be gone from this (profanity). I hope you enjoyed bossing me around.... I wonder how you feel now knowing I spat in your coffee every day." The intern apparently figured bosses wouldn't see the note for several weeks. But, they spotted the message right away, and fired him on the spot.
It's not clear where the incident actually happened. But, a photo of the incriminating Post-it note is going viral online. (Still) -
