A mother and daughter are in jail together in Florida.
According to the Monroe County Sheriff's Department, 55-year-old NADINE CARROLL sent drugs through the mail to her daughter SHANNON, who's an inmate at the county jail. When the package arrived, deputies noticed it had a chemical smell. An investigation allegedly uncovered synthetic opioids inside the envelope.
