When you're shopping this year:
Turkey Day is almost here and with it, the traditional beginning of the holiday shopping season (although some people are already done --see below!).
The National Retail Federation reports 59 percent of Americans --137.4 million people-- are planning to or considering shopping during the coming weekend. That's up from 58.7 percent or 135.8 million people last year. The number does *not* include any "Cyber Monday" business. Projected holiday shoppers:
--Thanksgiving Day; Thu, Nov 26: 21.1 percent
--"Black Friday"; Fri, Nov 27: 74 percent
--Saturday, Nov 28: 46.7 percent
--Sunday, Nov 29: 24.2 percent
Black Friday will remain the busiest day of the holiday weekend with 74 percent planning to shop that day, the same as last year. Black Friday is also the day most Millennial weekend shoppers plan to shop --86 percent of 18 to 24-year-olds and 78 percent of 25 to 34-year-olds.

And, yes, there's Cyber Monday ahead. While it's not included in the 137.4 million people flooding stores over the weekend, 36 percent of shoppers say they plan to head online on Cyber Monday, up from the 34 percent last year.Fast Food:
Here's a shocking piece of news --monster burritos aren't exactly diet food! Unfortunately, a few folks claim they were bamboozled by Chipotle when they posted a chorizo burrito ad boasting just 300 calories. Cosmopolitanmagazine reports the calorie content was just for the chorizo --the tortilla, cheese, beans, rice and other goodies added on another 755 calories and three customers are launching a class-action lawsuit.
The group wants justice for every customer who patronized the chain over the last four years. (Lee)On, off and way-off-Broadway:
Some DONALD TRUMP and MIKE PENCE supporters were so angry about the whole "Hamilton" thing that they sent out a whole bunch of angry Tweets ...to the wrong "Hamilton!" CNN Money says @HamiltonTheater got tagged, but that's the Twitter handle for the Hamilton Theater in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. They got all the hateful Tweets after a performance of their current show, "The Toxic Avenger." Riane Leonard, who runs the Hamilton Theater's Twitter account said (quote), "The first one I saw was something like, "I'm never supporting Hamilton Theatre again." I wondered what we could have done to upset this person because I thought it had been a really good show." (Marino)
Small town, small people:
A Florida mall SANTA CLAUS has been relieved of his duty for his political commentary.
Seminole Towne Center mall in Sanford fired the unidentified man after the mother of a 10-year-old girl complained. The Santa allegedly told the girl that although she was on his 'nice list', HILLARY CLINTON was not. The Santa reportedly said, "Do you know who is on my naughty list? Hillary Clinton." The woman and her daughter turned out to be Hillary supporters and they were less-than-amused.(Still) -
