Trash talk and satellite dish:
AMY SCHUMER and JULIANNE MOORE have announced that they'll be taking part in the Women's March on Washington coming up on Sat, Jan 21 along with CHER, KATY PERRY, SCARLETT JOHANSSON and AMERICA FERRERA. Organizers are hoping the protest will attract at least a million people. As Scarlett pointed out, "The new administration may be very vague about specifics, but one thing has been made very clear: their intentions of reducing the availability of a woman's healthcare and attacking her reproductive rights."
There will also be other demonstrations around the country in other cities as well.Wanna open for BON JOVI? Idle gossip & unconfirmed rumors:
JERRY SEINFELD is one of the recognized men in showbiz, but that ain't good enough for our buddies over at the Secret Service. Sources tell the NY Post's Page Six gossip column that he wasn't allowed into President BARACK OBAMA's farewell bash last weekend because his identification read: "JEROME." In true Seinfeld style, Jerry took it all in stride, had no problem waiting a half-hour in the freezing cold and joked about the situation with fellow guests.(Lee)
Taking everything much too seriously:
A new mom in Michigan has gone viral online by wearing a Star Wars mask during labor.
KATIE STRICKER CURTIS of Detroit allowed her husband to film her giving birth while wearing a CHEWBACCA mask. The Facebook clip shows her disguised as a Wookee while delivering her new son JAYDEN. The video is racking up tens-of-thousands of views. Curtis explains, "Just because I'm about to be a mom doesn't mean I have to grow up!" (Still) -
