The Airlines:
Another day, another problem aboard an airliner.
This time, it was a Delta Air Lines flight on which "an emotional support dog" bit a passenger in the same row, forcing the airlines to be removed from the flight to receive medical attention.
A passenger told Atlanta's FOX-5 News the victim was sitting in the window seat, while the passenger with the "emotional support dog" --which appeared to be a lab mix weighing around 50 pounds-- was in the middle seat. Delta later said Local law enforcement cleared the dog, and the dog and its owner were placed on a later flight and the dog was placed in a kennel for that flight, rather than letting it sit in the owner's lap.
Another passenger told Fox 5 that the crew saw the dog's owner crying after the incident fearing that the dog would be put down as a result.
Possible phoner: Are people using the "emotional support" label to get their pets in places they shouldn't be taken, or let out of a cage or kennel, thanks to the loophole?
Editor's note: Yes, I like to cuddle my emotional support Black Widow spider when I'm traveling...Guilty Pleasures:

The "Spongebob Squarepants" musical is headed to Broadway. Broadway.com says the show based on the Nickelodeon cartoon begins previews November at the Palace Theater, with opening night set for December 4th.
