Sucking Up:
No dirt from "The Mooch."
Former White House communications director ANTHONY SCARAMUCCI apparently won't be dishing any dirt in a tell-all about the TRUMP White House. Appearing on ABC's "This Week," he said, "Could I write a book? I could possibly write a book. It will be an uplifting book. It will be a positive book that helps people."
But he added, "It's not going to be a tell-all tale or something like that." (Pacelli)Trolling for publicity:
Forget about hot yoga, spin or Zumba --the hottest new workout is called The Class. JENNIFER ANISTON is a big fan of high intensity interval training and also sweats up a storm with her personal trainer, who makes her throw boulders, push medicine balls and shake battle ropes.(Lee)
Rounding up the usual suspects:
Maybe he's born with it... or maybe he shoplifted it?
The Monklands Police Department decided you catch more thieves with humor than without, and posted an appeal on twitter pertaining a shoplifter who stole £600 (that's about $780 USD) in cosmetics from a local Boots Pharmacy.
The tweet read, "We are looking for a 40-year-old man who looks 20, glowing skin, long eyelashes, raised eyebrows and pronounced lips."
Twitter user @Gerrydotp commented, "If you ask me, this story has just been made up." The Monklands Police replied, "I can assure you there is some serious foundationto this claim."
Editor's note: Get the rim-shot effect ready. (AB)Look what I found:
Why would anyone in New York be surprised by a cockroach?
STEVEN FLEMING brought a bunch of people to The Arlington Club on the Upper East Side of Manhattan for a five-star meal. His friends wanted to open a restaurant and he wanted to show them what a class operation is. They ordered salad, steak, drank wine and ordered dessert and coffee. Fleming said, "I took a sip of my cappuccino, I felt something disgusting in my throat, and then something crunchy. And then I spit it out and I was like, 'Oh my God'." He'd spit out a cockroach.
He ran outside and vomited and then spent the next 12 hours in the emergency room with high blood pressure and nausea. He's now suing the restaurant. (Myers) -
