Turkey Day Warning:
A simple health tip on cooking that turkey: the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) in Atlanta says there are two things you don't want to do this Thanksgiving:
1. Don't put raw eggs in the stuffing, or
2. Don't undercook the turkey.
They say the stuffing should be at least 165 degrees and the bird's thighs should reach 180 degrees to kill any bacteria present. Otherwise, you're looking at a potential for food poisoning.
PS: Salmonella KILLS 500 people a year.Idle gossip & unconfirmed rumors:

When 76-year-old RICHARD LUSSI of Philadelphia died, his burial wishes were fulfilled.
Lussi asked his family to send him into the afterlife with his favorite meal. His grandson DOMINIC says when he asked his grandfather what he wanted to be buried with, he said "What do you think? Pat's cheesesteak!" He also specified, "No onions, because they'll come back to haunt me." Lussi got his wish and was laid to rest alongside two sandwiches from Pat's King of Steaks in Philly. The father of four passed away from heart complications. (Still)
