Face time with the judge:

A video of country singer RANDY TRAVIS, naked and belligerent during a 2012 DUI arrest, is set to be released today after a federal judge denied his appeal for an injunction yesterday to keep the video from being released.
The Dallas Morning Newssays the Texas Department of Public Safety will release the video today, which has been edited to exclude images of Travis' naked body below the waist.
Travis originally sued the Texas Department of Public Safety and the attorney general's office in September; a state appeals court ruled last year that the footage should be released.At the time of the arrest, shortly before midnight on Aug 07, 2012, state troopers found Travis lying naked in the street.
According to the troopers, Travis reportedly smelled strongly of alcohol, and refused to take a breath test, but a later blood sample revealed his blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent --nearly twice the legal limit to drive. The video was from the trooper's dash-cam. After the incident, Travis was sentenced to two years of probation and ordered to report to an alcohol treatment facility in a plea bargain.
Travis suffered a stroke in 2013, and had brain surgery. Since then, he has had limited ability to speak and has difficulty walking.

On, off and way-off-Broadway:

BETTE MIDLER says GERALDO RIVERA groped her but never apologized for it. Deadline.com says the "Hello Dolly" star originally revealed this to BARBARA WALTERS back in 1991, but decided to tweet about it yesterday. Bette wrote (quote), "I feel like this video was a gift from the universe to me. Geraldo may have apologized for his tweets supporting Matt Lauer, but he has yet to apologize for this. #MeToo." Bette also posted that clip on her Twitter feed. (Marino)

This gives a whole new meaning to Ho, Ho, Ho.
Canton, Pennsylvania, Mayor JOHN VINESKI is a well-loved mayor. He's had the job since 2010 and is always quick with a smile, a hug and even jumped at the chance to play SANTA CLAUS for the town.
Unfortunately, the Mayor was just arrested and charged for soliciting a prostitute on Craig's List. Almost seems like a blessing that he didn't get re-elected this year and only has one month left of his term. The public is still asking for his early resignation and a borough council will discuss it on December 12th. They can't fire him because he hasn't been convicted yet but they can ask him to step down. (Myers)
