Super Bowl aftermath:
The Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl parade will take place Thursday morning at 11 am in the city, beginning in midtown at Broad & Pattison, heading north and ending at the Art Museum where "The Rocky Steps" are.
Bud Light will also be serving free beer at the parade to fans 21 and older thanks to Eagles' right tackle LANE JOHNSON's promise in August to give Eagles fans free beer if they won the Super Bowl. Bud Light caught wind of the story and said it would provide the beer on the company's tab if the Eagles did win it all. "The @Eagles of Philadelphia have emerged victorious! Join us with @LaneJohnson65 and your 21+ friends at taverns along the parade route to raise one of the Kingdom's favorite light lagers. #PhillyPhilly #DillyDilly," Bud Light tweeted yesterday.Fashion Emergency:
BEYONCE just released a new batch of Valentine's Day-themed merchandise. The Hollywood Reportersays several new clothing items were just added to Bey's official website shop, as well as three new phone case options. Her shop also features "Lemonade"-inspired merchandise, along with other holiday pieces, including Christmas onesies. (Bartha)
Survivor: real life:
How brave are you? Would you eat the world's most dangerous ice cream?
A cafe in Glasgow, Scotland, insists that customers sign a disclaimer before eating the spicy ice cream named Respirio Del Diavolo, or Breath of the Devil. The ice cream is 500 times hotter than Tabasco sauce and ranks in at 1,569,300 SHU on the Scoville scale.
Although they won't give out the recipe, the actual ice cream is made from traditional Italian ingredients. They wear gloves to make it because of the "spicy stuff," explained like a thermal nuclear explosion in your mouth. Yeah, no thanks. (Myers)Running for office:
A former leader in the American Nazi Party is running for a congressional seat in Illinois --and is the only Republican on the ticket for the upcoming Republican primary Mar 20.
The Chicago Sun-Timesreports ARTHUR JONES is running in the heavily Democratic 3rd Congressional District as a Republican. His website shows him speaking at KKK and neo-Nazi events, giving the Nazi salute and shredding the flag of Israel. He is a Holocaust denier and told the Sun-Timesthat the Holocaust was "an international extortion racket."
He also calls the Confederate flag the symbol of "white pride," "white resistance" and "white counter-revolution." -
