Cosby re-trial begins:
BILL COSBY goes on trial again today in Norristown, PA. The jury features seven men and five women, two African-Americans and 10 whites, the same composition as the first trial. Cosby is charged with three felony counts of aggravated indecent assault in 2004 on formerTemple University employee ANDREA CONSTAND. If convicted, he could face up to a decade in prison.
Constand says Cosby encouraged her to take three blue pills after she complained of a headache. She told police that the next thing she knew, she was fading in and out of consciousness and woke up the next morning with her sweater bunched up around her and her bra undone. Cosby has admitted they had sexual contact that night, but maintains that it was consensual and that the medication he gave her was just an herbal remedy.
The Philadelphia Inquirersays although more than 60 women have come forward since 2014 to accuse Cosby of sexual misconduct in the past, the judge in the case has limited prosecutors to calling only five, aside from Constand, as witnesses. They include supermodel JANICE DICKINSON, one of Cosby's most vocal critics; JANICE BAKER KINNEY, a former bartender; and three once-aspiring actresses: HEIDI THOMAS, CHELAN LASHA and LISE-LOTTE LUBLIN. All of them claim Cosby drugged and assaulted them after approaching them as a mentor in the '80s.Looking at Logos:
The big rumor is that Apple will reportedly introduce a red iPhone 8 and 8 Plus today. The new color is part of the company's partnership with the Product RED advocacy group dedicated to combating HIV/AIDS in Africa.
But although MacRumors announced the move for the iPhone 8, Forbesmagazine, however, says the color will not be used for an iPhone X edition.
FYI: Product Red was founded in 2006 in part by U2's frontman, BONO. Apple has already released a number of special RED edition iPods, iPads, and cases over the years, and last year, released a RED iPhone 7 for the first time.Fashion Emergency:

People magazine says little BLUE IVY CARTER has become a pint-sized trend-setter thanks to MANUEL MENDEZ. Manuel has also worked as Beyonce's personal assistant. Mendez started "working with" the first-grader in September 2013, when the kid was just 20 months old. He's responsible for Blue Ivy's the memorable all-white custom VALERY KOVALSKA suit Blue Ivy wore to the 2018 Grammys. (Bartha)
