Your Body:
Sitting too much may kill you --even if you exercise regularly. WebMD.com says a new American Cancer Society study found that if you sit for six hours a day or more, your risk of dying early jumps 19 percent, compared with people who sit fewer than three hours.
What's more, the study says sitting may kill you in 14 different ways! (Yikes!) That includes cancer; heart disease; stroke; diabetes; kidney disease; suicide; chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); lung disease; liver disease; peptic ulcer and other digestive disease; Parkinson's disease; Alzheimer's disease; nervous disorders; and musculoskeletal disorders.
Researchers recommend breaking up every hour of sitting with a few minutes of standing or walking around to improve cholesterol, blood sugar and blood pressure. (Bartha)Top-10 deadliest days for vehicle crashes:

Interestingly, New Year's Eve isn't even in the top-three days for auto accidents. Although we commonly associate the holiday with drinking, the Fourth of July is the number one day when most car crashes take place, according to the most recent stats, and the day before is number two:- Sep 02

Watercooler:
June is the big month for weddings, but if you're planning a wedding now, maybe you ought to consider getting hitched at Taco Bell.
The Bustle.com reports the fast-food chain has just launched a line of wedding accessories, including a bow tie, a wedding garter, a champagne glass set and Mr & Mrs shirts (and tank tops).
And, if you missed it, the Taco Bell Cantina Restaurant in Las Vegas has also been offering wedding services for over a year now, each of which comes in a package including the official, branded wedding swag, a reception area, a sauce packet bouquet, a Cinnabon Delights wedding cake, with a Taco Bell to take your vows. You'll have to supply the minister, however.
FYI: Book a Taco Bell wedding HERE.
