Sorry to hear that ADRIAN CRONAUER, the DJ that ROBIN WILLIAMS popularized in the movie, "Good Morning, Vietnam," passed away yesterday at 79 and will now be broadcasting from heaven. An interesting article about him in the Roanoke Times --where he was a DJ for many years after his stint in Vietnam.

As you probably know, PAULEY PERRETTE has left "NCIS" after this past season and CBS just announced it would be replacing her with DIONA REASONOVER, who appeared in three episodes last season as Kasie Hines. She'll be the new "forensic scientist" on the show.
The folks who make Burberry fashion items --including clothes, accessories and perfume-- set fire to the unsold stuff in a bonfire which was worth just over 37-million dollars last year.
The company said it burned all the items "to protect its brand," so that the market is not flooded with discounted items which are sold cheaply and might devalue the brand.
"School of Rock" is ending its run on Broadway. Producers said the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical, adapted from the 2003 film, will close on Jan. 20. -
