The NY Post reports the guy may be playing a fart sound as he passes by "as some sort of social experiment." One person said the guy, who's described as white, college age and "very straight-laced looking" passes by and rips one off.
"I think its always the same ...fart" he said.
FYI: NY University and the NYU Law School are both located in Greenwich Village.

Congrats to DAVID HASSELHOFF who tied the knot for the third time with his girlfriend of seven years, 37-year-old HAYLEY ROBERTS, in Puglia, Italy, on Tuesday. The "Baywatch" and "Knight Rider" star is 66.

The big story last year was that Starbucks would be adding bakeries to its various locations, and yesterday, Starbucks opened its first standalone Princi bakery in Seattle.
The company plans to open around a thousand of the bakeries across the United States, as well as ones inside their Starbucks tasting rooms.
The standalone bakeries offer stuff like fresh focaccia pizzas, sourdough bread, as well as various pastries.

Congratulations to a pair of identical twins who are getting married to another pair of identical twins this week.
KRISSIE and KASSIE BEVIER are tying the knot with ZACK and NICHOLAS LEWAN at the Eagle Farm Wedding and Reception Center in Grass Lake, MI, on August third and fourth. All four of them are 24 years old.
They all met while attending psychology class at Grand Valley State University when the professor asked "Are there any twins in the class? We're going to talk about twins."
"And we both raised our hands," Kassie said.
