It's Cyber Monday and quite possibly the biggest U.S. online shopping day in history, generating an estimated $7.8 billion in sales. If you went online shopping on Black Friday, you were only chipping into $6.2 billion in sales.
Meanwhile, experts say if you are shopping online, use a temporary credit card number to protect yourself. Many banks and credit card companies will give you a temporary credit card number which will last for several hours or several days, depending on how you configure it.
