PRINCE's estate has successfully sued an engineer who put out an EP of unreleased Prince songs. He'll have to pay nearly 4 million dollars ($3 million for the breach of contract and $960K to cover court costs) and must return all the recordings he made with Prince.
The actual judgment was issued last year, but just came to light after the US website, The Blast, found the court documents.
IAN BOXILL, the studio engineer who worked on Prince's albums "3!21" and "Planet Earth," said he'd finished work on the songs following Prince's death from an opioid overdose, and has challenged the ruling.FLEETWOOD MAC has cancelled four tour dates in North America --including the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival on May second-- because of STEVIE NICKS' illness. The weird coincidence is that they were replacing the ROLLING STONES for that date after MICK JAGGER needed to have heart surgery.
Actress SCARLETT JOHANSSON was reportedly taken to the Los Angeles Police Department Hollywood station after being roughed up by paparazzi outside the El Capitan Theater on Hollywood Boulevard where "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" is taped. She was reportedly just "spooked" by the whole incident and taken home after the paps left,
