In Florida yesterday, a judge ruled that a four-year-old boy with cancer had to live with his grandparents --not his parents-- after it was revealed that the parents were treating him with marijuana-infused oil instead of chemotherapy.
The parents claimed their son suffered from adverse reactions to the chemo sessions he initially had, so they left their state and went to Kentucky, where they gave him a mixture of CBD oils, fresh foods and clean alkaline water. But leaving the state caused the authorities to issue a child endangerment alert and tracked the family down. In court, judge THOMAS PALERMO said if Noah was given back his parents he'd face "substantial risk of imminent neglect," and turned him over to his maternal grandparents. They're ba-a-a-a-ack: In a German town outside of Frankfurt, a village council has reportedly elected a neo-Nazi as the head of the seven-member body.

They wanna fine the CBS sitcom "Young Sheldon" $272-thousand dollars because an episode which aired in April used a sound that was too close to the real thing.

The next James Bond film, "No Time To Die," is due out next year, with DANIEL CRAIG as 007 for the fifth time. Sources claim part of the plot has Bond leaving MI6 and British actress LASHANA LYNCH taking over as 007, but she will reportedly not be the next Bond.Fast food news: Wendy's announced yesterday that it will be debuting a breakfast menu nationwide next year.
