Nice move: OPRAH WINFREY will be delivering the commencement address for those kids who've had their graduation cancelled by the coronavirus in a unique streaming event airing May 15th on Facebook and Instagram. MILEY CYRUS will be performing her song, "The Climb," as well, and AWKWAFINA, JENNIFER GARNER, LIL NAS X and SIMONE BILES are also going to be appearing as well.
Sure, you heard about MEGHAN MARKLE hosting that documentary, "Elephant," for Disney; now her husband, PRINCE HARRY, has recorded a special introduction to a 75th anniversary episode of children’s TV series, “Thomas the Tank Engine.” The May first episode, called “Thomas and Friends: The Royal Engine,” reportedly has a storyline that includes Harry’s father and grandmother, Prince Charles and Queen Elizabeth II, as animated characters.
And it shouldn't surprise you that airlines have decided to have passengers wear face masks on flights. Surprisingly, it hasn't been standard up until now even with the coronavirus spreading like wildfire. But now, JetBlue Airways has become the first carrier to require all passengers wear a face covering on flights beginning May 04.
Fast food news: May fifth is also Cinco de Mayo, and if you'll be hankering for a Mexican dinner, the On the Border restaurants have got you covered with a whole Cinco in a Bag meal deal for $25. It includes one Taco Family Meal (Seasoned Ground Beef only), a bowl of queso, fun swag (while supplies last) and five Cinco cups (while supplies last as well). You can pre-order your Cinco in a Bag online starting Wednesday, April 29.
