The BBC reports one of the iconic London buildings --Shakespeare's Globe Theatre-- says they may be closing due to the "devastating" impact of the coronavirus pandemic. The theatre, which has been closed since March 20th, says it will need at least 15 million pounds to get back up and running, since theatres in England will be shut down until at least next year.
Sorry to hear that KEN OSMOND, who played Eddie Haskell for the six seasons of “Leave It to Beaver,” died on Monday morning. He was 76. No word on the cause of death at this point, but a relative tells Variety he'd suffered from respiratory issues. Eddie was also a member of the LAPD, which he joined in 1970, and retired from the force in 1988.
ADAM SANDLER's next movie will be called "Hustle." In the film, he'll reportedly play a basketball scout who recruits a talent from overseas and brings him back to the US to play ball. One of the producers on the film is LeBRON JAMES.
As the country begins to reopen, that goes for not just stores, but strip clubs as well. And FOX News reports "The Den," a Wyoming strip club, which had been shut down for the pandemic, reopened Friday with a “masks on, clothes off” party. The club is licensed as a sit-down restaurant and bar, which allowed it to reopen as a business. In case you were wondering, the dancers at the club are permitted to work as long as they maintain social distancing, wear protective masks, and sanitize their poles before using them.
