Music news, take two: RINGO STARR is holding a "virtual birthday extravaganza" for charity next week. For his 80th birthday, Ringo's concert will be donating proceeds to various organizations, including the Black Lives Matter Global Network. Crank up YouTube starting Tuesday at 8 pm (Eastern).

Good news for COVID-19 patients --a new study from the Henry Ford Health System in southeast Michigan appears to show that the antimalarial drug hydroxychloroquine, has been found effective in treating patients with the cononavirus. You may remember that PRESIDENT TRUMP was plugging it as a cure for the disease in the beginning. The actual study shows that it's not 100-percent effective, but also showed that people who received the drug as their only treatment had a 13-percent death rate, compared with twice that for people who didn't take the drug.
“Bunny Ebola” is a real disease. But fortunately, you can't get it. Rabbits, however, can, hence the name. And the disease is apparently spreading across the US, giving our furry friends severe internal bleeding and organ failure. Worse, it’s apparently highly infectious and fatal in 90 percent of cases.
