Rescheduled: Good news for JUSTIN BIEBER fans --he just rescheduled his tour dates. The world tour was supposed to begin in May, but thanks to the coronavirus pandemic, was put off and will now be starting on June of next year (2021) in San Diego, and run thru August, ending in Sacramento. Tickets go on sale Thursday, August 6th.
Also rescheduled: Disney has pulled its movie, "Mulan" off its release schedule on August 21st thanks to the pandemic as well, and also delayed the next "Avatar" and "Star Wars" films a year. "Avatar 2" will now be out on December 16, 2022 and "Avatar 3" has been moved to December 2024. There's also an "Avatar 4" and "5" but you won't see them until December 2026 and 2028.
And for the "Star Wars" fans in the audience, they're now scheduled for December 2023 and 2027.
Good news for fight fans --MIKE TYSON is coming back to the ring. CBS Sports says he'll face ROY JONES, Jr in an exhibition fight on September 12th. Tyson is now 54 years old, while Jones is 51.
Cookie's coming back: look for TARAJI P. HENSON to star in a spinoff of "Empire." The Hollywood Reporter says it's the first project from a newly signed two-year first-look deal that Taraji signed with 20th Century Fox TV.
And other TV news: “General Hospital” is coming back --as fans know, the soap has been out of production for the past four months thanks to the coronavirus pandemic, and the last new episode aired at the end of May. Now, ABC says it'll begin airing new episodes beginning Monday, August 3rd.
Fast food: Burger King is bringing back their Steakhouse King sandwich at some locations. In case you've forgotten, it's two flame-grilled beef patties topped with two slices of American cheese, crispy onions, mayo and steakhouse sauce on a sesame seed bun. Burger King says a one burger serving will run ya 1100 calories with 1620 mg of sodium (70-percent of your daily value).
