The brand-new “DREW BARRYMORE Show” premieres next Monday (September 14th) on CBS featuring a reunion with Drew and fellow “Charlie’s Angels” angels, CAMERON DIAZ and LUCY LIU, as well as her “50 First Dates” co-star ADAM SANDLER.
DEREK HOUGH, one of the pros on "Dancing With The Stars" in the past, has now re-joined the show as a judge for the show’s new season. He's replacing LEN GOODMAN, who ABC sez had to leave his spot on the judges panel because of circumstances surrounding the coronavirus pandemic. What he didn't know is there was a gas leak in his house, and the BBC reports the electric fly swatter ignited the gas and caused part of his kitchen to blow up. The guy was lucky, since only his hand was burned, but his family now has to make repairs to his house while he recovers at a nearby campsite. PS: You can pick up one of those electric fly swatters for yourself at Amazon.com for between $7 and $12 dollars...

Now, Mother Jones Daily newsletter reports over 250-thousand coronavirus cases have now been tied to the 10-day event. One study reports the explosion in cases could wind up costing nearly $12-billion dollars in public health costs.
