Update: Looks like PRESIDENT TRUMP's former casino will not be blown up for charity. That's right --the casino, which has fallen into disrepair, was going to be dynamited on January 29th and the winner of a charity auction would get to push the button. But instead, billionaire CARL ICAHN has said he'll donate $175-thousand dollars to the Boys and Girls Club of Atlantic City to replace the money that would have been raised by the auction.
While we're on the TRUMP subject --you may remember that giant "Trump Baby" balloon that was a regular sight at various demonstrations in cities all over the world. It's still around, but won't be in the U.S. any longer, since the Museum of London has picked it up, and it will be displayed in the museum's "protest collection." No word on how much money the museum paid --if any-- to acquire the protest balloon.
The big rumor for tomorrow's inauguration is that North Korean premier KIM JONG UN could be thinking about launching one of his new ballistic missiles from a submarine. The Washington Post reports the missile could have a range of around 19-hundred miles, which means it could reach Guam from the Sea of Japan.
Show biz stuff: BEN AFFLECK and girlfriend ANA DE ARMAS have split after almost a year of dating. They were first revealed as a couple back in March of last year; he's 48 and she's 32. People magazine reports that they split because they're at "different points in their lives."
STEVE MARTIN has gotten vaccinated against COVID-19. He shared the event on Twitter, saying "Good news/Bad news... Good news: I just got vaccinated! Bad news: I got it because I'm 75. Ha!"

Tonight's Mega Millions is $850-million bucks, and if you take the cash option, it's a mere $628.2 million dollars. It's the second-largest prize in the game’s history, and also the third-largest prize in American lottery history. Powerball Wednesday night is a bit less --at "just" $730 million.
The folks at Oscar Meyer are looking for people who'd like to drive that 27-foot-long Wienermobile across the country for a year. Called Hotdoggers, you'd get to roll that giant wiener to more than 200 events. You gotta be a college graduate, do TV and radio interviews and update the Wienermobile's social media pages. And they're not just looking for one person --there are six Wienermobiles on the road in the U.S. at any given time.
