The lineup has been set for this year's Coachella festival in Indio, California, being held for the first time since 2019. BILLIE EILISH, HARRY STYLES, KANYE WEST and SWEDISH HOUSE MAFIA will headline along with FLUME, MEGAN THEE STALLION, DISCLOSURE, DOJA CAT and RUN THE JEWELS as well as JAMIE XX, DANIEL CAESAR and 21 SAVAGE. Weekend 1 is sold out, but the presale for Weekend 2 starts this morning (Friday) at 10am PT at coachella.com.
Like you really care: JASON MOMOA and LISA BONET are calling it a day and splitting after four years of marriage. The couple made the announcement Wednesday on Momoa’s Instagram account. It was the first marriage for Momoa and the second for Bonet who had been married to LENNY KRAVITZ for six years from 1987 to 1993. They share two children, a 14-year-old daughter and a 13-year-old son.
Maybe a big deal: The Journal of Nature Products reports a new study done by Oregon State University found that cannabis compounds prevented the virus that causes Covid-19 from penetrating healthy human cells. The study used a couple of compounds found in hemp which blocked a step that the Coronavirus uses to infect people.
MARTIN SCORSESE is doing a six-episode documentary series for CNN+ about the love story between PAUL NEWMAN and JOANNE WOODWARD called "The Last Movie Stars." The stars were married back in 1958, had three children and were together until Paul's death in 2008 --50 years. Joanne is now 91 years old. The series will also be available to stream on HBO Max.
