ELTON JOHN is back! The Rocket Man began his latest concert tour Wednesday night in New Orleans two years after his hip surgery. He'd postponed the “Farewell Yellow Brick Road” tour back in March of 2020 thanks to COVID and other things as well. Members of the audience hung onto their tickets for 745 days!

Elton will reportedly stay in North American until April; then it's off to Europe and back to North America. Next year he's playing Australia and New Zealand.

Not gonna happen: ADELE has postponed her entire 24-show Las Vegas residency, just 24 hours before opening night. Turns out many of her employees have gotten COVID. The shows would have meant big bucks for Adele --estimates say she'd make more than $650-thousand dollars a show, or more than $16-million for the 24 weekend shows until April. She did apologize to fans who showed up for opening night this weekend already, saying "I'm sorry, it's last minute. I'm so upset and I'm really embarrassed and I'm so sorry to everyone that's travelled again."

The lineup for this year's Super Bowl half-time show is set --it'll feature Dr. DRE, SNOOP DOGG, EMINEM, MARY J. BLIGE and KENDRICK LAMAR and the folks at Pepsi, who are sponsoring the show, have put out a trailer to showcase the cast's greatest hits. Find it on YouTube HERE!

The Hollywood Reporter says ROBERT PATTINSON’s upcoming movie, "The Batman" is nearly three hours long including the credits. Better get some food and look to see where the bathroom is in the theatre! The two-hour, 55-minute movie stars Pattinson as the Caped Crusader, with PAUL DANO as The Riddler, ZOË KRAVITZ as Catwoman and COLIN FARRELL as the Penguin. It's rated PG-13.
