Morons on Parade:
A man in Florida is accused of making off with almost 10-thousand bucks during a bank heist.
The Press Register says he might have gotten away with it too. But, he returned to the scene of the crime. According to police, MATTHEW DALE HUDLESTON slipped the bank teller a note saying: "I have a gun. Do not alert anyone. No alarms, no dye packs, give me all the money in your drawer." Then, he grabbed the cash and made his getaway.
But, cops say Hudleston returned a short time later to retrieve the holdup note. That's when they spotted him and made the arrest. (Still)Homeland Security wants to be taken more seriously by the American public, so this fall, you'll see Homeland Security agents doing a reality show.

Stupid people, stupid places:
In Australia, a man's so-called Easter-prank went horribly wrong.
TheAustralian.co.au reports the unidentified 23-year-old tried to impress his friends by running under a moving semi-truck in the middle of the night. Witnesses say the big rig was only going about five-miles-an-hour. So, the man thought he could make it. But, he was caught by the truck's rear-tires.
Doctor's listed the cause of death as fatal upper body injuries.
Editor's note: The rest of us just call it "stupid." (Still)Food and Nutrition:
You can thank the world's most famous bride-to-be, KATE MIDDLETON, for sparking a new diet craze in the U-S, and in convenient book form.
"The Dukan Diet" just made it's debut here last week, but it has already sold five million copies in 20 countries, says the British newspaper The Independent. sales of the book skyrocketed after reports that CAROLE MIDDLETON, the bride's mother, had slimmed down by following the diet. There have also been reports that Kate is dieting the Dukan way too.
Written by French doctor PIERRE DUKAN, the book has become "the dieting bible" for 1.5 million French women. Both male and female followers in France even have a name: Dukannistes.
The Dukan Diet is a lot like the Atkins diet --high-protein and low carbs. Followers can eat as much as they want from a certain set of foods, but unlike Atkins, the Dukan diet also emphasizes low-fat foods. The Atkins diet lets you eat a lot more fatty food.
FYI: "Dukan" is pronounced like "Toucan," but with a "D." (Bartha)
