Subway Cafes are coming. Subway has decided to cross pollinate in a Starbucks kind of way and will soon be offering comfy chairs and cappuccino to go with that foot long turkey and cheese sub. I predict Dunkin Donuts will start selling salads after this, poor Panera and Cosi they will have more competition. There's an probiotic yogurt show in my town called Tart & Tufo, they serve healthy probiotic soft serve yogurt, awesome coffee drinks, Leige waffles and all there salads and pannini's are five bucks. Sure I'll run in an grab something at a chain but for my money and experience I'm staying local. I predict as chain stores strive to please the masses locally well run shops with awesome products and customer service will grow. They aren't so plastic, no canned feeling, even if costs are similar I feel like I'm getting more bang for my buck and a better option. Local radio has this opportunity too, so take it!

She kids camp
The cost for the country's poshish summer camp for kids costs about as much as a small vehicle. Some send their kids away for the entire summer to camps that offer everything from theatrical training to hiking in the Appalachian Trail. Most spare no expense and offer a small camper-counselor ratio, laundry service, organic food and a fleet of sail boats. here are two examples:
- Camp Takajo (all boys) in Naples, Maine offers modern media for digital photography and videography, a radio station and two rec centers along with the traditional camp fare. Tuition: $10,400.
- Tripp Lake Camp (all girls) in Poland, Maine offers Lacrosse fields, two softball fields and a private beach. Tuition: $10,400
- One camp is even building a state of the art baseball stadium.
Do her kids go to sleep away camp? if so for how long?
