"Just follow the movements of the zombies" my daughter directed, we were playing the Michael Jackson Wii Dance Off in remembrance of the anniversary of his death. Now prior to playing this game I thought he was genius and even more so now that I've seen his amazing choreography broken down. The dance moves are hard! But so fun. My daughter Haylee and I have a plan to learn Michael's "Black or White" and to perform it at her wedding. Take note that she's no where near engaged but we just thought it a cool goal and show. Seriously I don't need togo to the gym when I play this game. It one ups Zumba big time. Again, it gives me a whole new appreciation to the greatness of Michael. Five dances makes me a sweaty mess, he performs two hour concerts, brilliantly. I'll be happy if I can learn Thriller" by Halloween. Following the moves of the zombies, yep thats the plan. Maybe I should start with a ballad.

The cochineal bug sounds like something a contestant is asked to eat on a reality TV show, but actually Americans consume it more than they may realize. The dried body of this bug is used in artificial colors. If a label reads "artificial colors" or "color added," there is a good chance that this bug was used. Thanks to the Center for Science in the Public Interest, the FDA just ruled that if this insect is used, it must be included on the label. Not only is it unappetizing, allergic reaction can occur because of it.

Here are some tips to make her grilling even better:
- Baste burgers with melted butter. The natural sugars will caramelize and create a tastier meal.
- Soak vegetables in ice water before grilling to help them stay crisp.
- Tenderize meat with onion juice.
- Use more citrus. Squeeze oranges, lemons, and limes on all meats to create moisture and flavor.
