Procedure

Procedure is one of my least favorite words. Specifically when its connected to the word medical. I have to have a 'procedure' so I thought I'd use it as a way to do research on all the women involved. There are doctors and assistants, schedulers, nurses and lab technicians Pre-testing people who fill out lots of paperwork and handle testing. Surgical women who smile knowingly but have a job to do. Custodians, parking attendants and snack bar workers. When we do a demographic breakdown of our listener a lot of stations think that their target "Becky" works in the medical field. I'm in agreement with this.

It takes most women 13 minutes to style their hair.

• About 46 percent of women polled go to a salon 5 or more times a year.
• About 73 percent color their hair.
• Most women use 4 to 6 hair care products at one given time.
• She should inquire at her salon to see if they offer training nights where a master stylist shows a particular cut and needs a hair model.
