Spring's been knock, knock, knocking on her door and depending on what region she lives in, it sometimes it plays ding, dong ditch. Right now most women over the age of thirty are looking at a future that looms large as graduations and weddings are in the planning phase. Invitations are ordered, catering tastings happening, bridal showers are being held and so on. Besides handling so many of these details she need to find something fabulous to wear to these events. PTA and school events are electing who will stay in office next year and in some communities this is pretty cut throat stuff. High-school juniors are still studying for the SAT's and visiting potential colleges, while high-school seniors are finalizing their plans for the future which means at least one parent is having no fun filling out the FASFA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) It's one of those forms that takes forever to fill out and usually results in no mo money. Really, just say FASFA and parents of graduating seniors will cringe. Many of my girlfriends are in major fat-burning mode, picturing themselves looking decent in a bathing suit. Others wear baggy, spit-up covered gym clothes as her new-born baby dictates what she will do with her day. You are key in this day as radio personalities are the one companion she can always truly trust to be there when she wants you. She's driving with you on her way to the grocery store where it's full of the seasons best; green peas, artichokes, asparagus and spinach now if she only had the time to make that frittata she saw in her favorite magazine while waiting for her son at track practice. Spring cleaning is on her to-do list. Some tackle this job in one day, but putting away winter gear can really exhaust a girl. Where's that number for Domino's?
