Food and flu. That's what seems to make it to the larger font in women's articles right now. Thanksgiving and staying well are top of mind. My girlfriend Dawn has accepted the challenge to host her family Thanksgiving this year. Like all families hers has many different "needs" to consider, most not food related. Her desire it to give her mom a break from hosting this holiday will not give her a taste of what her mom has managed year after year. Many articles red now will tell you how to make a great kids table, complete with crafts and soppy cups that look like acorns. There an over abundance of recipes all trying to outdo the rest yet encouraging us to keep our menus simple. Table decorations and day after leftovers at filtered I between ways to keep out of town guests occupied and kids healthy by washing hand a lot. As you prep, take it a step past asking "what are you thankful for?" You may stick out on the dial if you include the story behind the side dish or a memory making turkey dinner and by making sure to have plenty of hand sanitizer on hand too.
