Just like Christmas, Black Friday starts earlier and earlier each year. Initially started to help business get out of the red, Black Friday promises deals and shopping steals. Yet, lots of holiday sales and opportunities have already happened. Cyber Monday has been added to assist us living online. Items such as $3 toasters, $100 flat screen televisions, and kids toys are getting free shipping even thought the supply is not equal to the demand. Who wouldn't want a $20 cashmere sweater? I've found that these deals are being purchased by her for herself. She's gifting some and treating herself for a few reasons: she's caught up in the spirit of giving, the deal is too good to pass up and she normally doesn't take this much time to shop for her needs. There are many signs and deals luring her to cheap designer goodies and items of worth. What does she really need? To know where the deals are, to find, buy and wrap them without going into debt. Whether she's toting along shopping bags or a large credit bill, this holiday season is not without her own shopping highs and strains. Provide her with a musical massage today. Really, her shoulders could use it.

Many popular magazines have been featuring stories on the germs and where she can find the most of them. Eighty percent of infections are spread through hand contact; she can't wash her hands too often. The office, gym, and her house all have similar trouble zones: sinks, shower stalls, shopping cart handles, doorknobs, water fountains, computer key boards, remote controls, ATM machine buttons, and any place a baby could get changed are some of the most germ-filled areas she encounters daily. Most states have health department websites so she can check on specific venues or restaurants.
