I'm never sure when to start my self tanner. Once you start this stuff it's best to keep up with it daily. It's also best to have some sun to go along with it. Most people look a little better with a little glow on their skin, and a product like Jergen' Body Glow does just that (and usually has a coupon available in their website: jerens.com)
I'm speaking for a majority of the nation that is trying desperately to put a very challenging winter behind them. Seeing how it snowed last week in New Jersey, I think this may take some time. Self tanner could be an answer to getting rid of pasty winter skin. However, before you commit to this stuff, you must know the rules. It's best to apply it at a time you don't have to put clothes on right away. Enough said about this, I'm sure you get the idea. You have to remember to wash your hands after applying otherwise you get dark spots in between your fingers and everyone will know you used a self tanner (not that I care). And, it's good to have someone else apply the lotion or spray to your back, remember it's got to be streak free. Face tanner comes packaged separately and needs a lighter approach. If this doesn't sound like too much trouble, kick up your skin tone a shade or two; and if it does, we can talk sunscreen in a few months.
