Wall Street Likes This. Everyone Else, Not So Much

After a brief freeze, the Bank of America is back in the foreclosure business. They're starting up again, claiming that they think their procedures are fine now and consumers can rest assured that they'll be treated fairly. I would not call some of the nightmare stories we've heard -- in one case, even foreclosing on a house on which they didn't even hold a mortgage -- "fair." (Fox News)
