Florida state legislator Frederica Wilson's trademark is her array of hats. She wears hats all the time, and that's how she's known. But she's been elected to Congress, and Congress doesn't allow hats in the chamber. And before you say "Bella Abzug," even she had to take her hats off in the chamber.
