This has to be a joke... no, they really are spending $2 million to install cameras in an elementary school lunchroom to photograph what kids eat and what they don't eat. They'll then use the pictures to calculate how many calories each kid eats. And then they'll shoot the fat ones. No, they'll just compile statistics, and then they'll use the stats to force kids to eat celery. Whatever they do with it, this is bizarre.
