A report by pediatricians warns parents to keep their kids from drinking energy drinks and limit the Gatorade and Powerade. The former makes sense in that EVERYBODY should lay off the Red Bull and Monster, because unless you do the overnight shift you don't NEED the extra caffeine; the latter is just more of the usual don't-drink-soda thing, but at least the sports drinks have a few fewer calories than sodas do. Water's better for you, but sometimes a kid wants something sweet, and that's hardly a bad thing. (Fox News)
